According to TEAMtalk, intermediaries have begun approaching several Premier League clubs to assess their potential interest in Barcelona midfielder Dani Olmo.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham have all reportedly been contacted, although no official bids have been made for the Spanish international at this stage.
Barcelona continue to regard Olmo as an important member of their squad and maintain a high valuation of the midfielder. However, the Catalan club are reportedly willing to consider proposals if the right financial conditions are presented.
A potential January transfer would not be straightforward, with Olmo’s valuation and salary package likely to make negotiations complicated. As a result, his representatives are exploring the market to determine which options could become realistic.
Dani Olmo could transform Tottenham’s midfield
For Tottenham, a move for Olmo could add another dimension to Roberto De Zerbi’s evolving midfield.
Spurs have already strengthened their engine room with major additions such as Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes, creating a midfield built around technical quality, defensive solidity, ball progression and resistance under pressure.
Bringing Olmo into that setup would provide an additional creative outlet.
Playing further forward alongside Tonali and Fernandes, Olmo could offer his exceptional vision, close control and ability to contribute goals from advanced areas. His presence would give Tottenham another attacking dimension and potentially form a highly balanced midfield capable of competing at the highest level.
