MEGA BOMBSHELL! “Decision made” Everton Makes TREMENDOUS Decision on Jack Grealish’s Future After Furious Reaction to Disciplinary Breach

Everton are reportedly furious with Jack Grealish following a disciplinary incident that resulted in the England international being excluded from both of their recent encounters with Newcastle United, according to TEAMtalk.

The Toffees are understood to be deeply disappointed with the circumstances surrounding Grealish’s absence, with club officials believing the winger has failed to make the most of the opportunity handed to him to revive his career at Goodison Park.

Grealish initially missed Everton’s Premier League clash against Arsenal, with the club explaining that his absence was caused by illness.

However, questions emerged after it was revealed that the Manchester City loanee had attended the Pride of Britain Awards in London just days before the fixture, raising doubts about his availability.

The situation reportedly became more complicated during preparations for Everton’s Carabao Cup encounter with Newcastle, when Grealish failed to attend an expected training session.

His absence did not go down well with the coaching staff, and the club subsequently decided to leave him out of the squad for the cup meeting.

According to TEAMtalk, Grealish believed he had been granted an extra day off and was therefore under the impression that he was not required to report for training. However, that understanding was incorrect, contributing to the situation that ultimately led to his omission.

The winger was also unavailable for Monday’s Premier League meeting with Newcastle at St James’ Park, with a lack of match fitness given as the reason for his continued absence as Everton secured another impressive victory over the Magpies.

David Moyes prepared to give Jack Grealish another opportunity

The incident has reportedly created considerable frustration behind the scenes at Everton, with sources telling TEAMtalk that senior figures at the club are ‘frustrated and annoyed’ by the player’s recent conduct.

Much of the disappointment is believed to come from the feeling that Everton have made considerable efforts to provide Grealish with the platform he needs to rebuild his career following a difficult spell at Manchester City.

The 31-year-old returned to Everton for a second loan spell from City, having been offered another opportunity to rediscover his best football, regain consistency and potentially force his way back into England contention.

However, his latest disciplinary setback has threatened to derail the progress he was expected to make during his time on Merseyside.

Despite the growing frustration, Everton are not currently believed to be considering terminating his loan agreement prematurely.

Manager David Moyes is reportedly still interested in bringing the former Aston Villa captain back into the fold, with the Scottish tactician keen to have him available for Friday evening’s encounter against Coventry City.

Nevertheless, Grealish’s potential involvement remains uncertain, as Everton will first want assurances that the issue has been properly addressed and that the player understands the standards expected of him.

Moyes is still believed to recognise the quality Grealish can bring to his squad and remains convinced that the experienced winger could play an important role in Everton’s campaign if he gets himself back on track.

There is also an understanding that the club have invested significant time and effort in helping him rediscover his confidence and consistency after struggling to establish himself at Manchester City.

For the time being, Everton appear willing to put the incident behind them and give Grealish another opportunity to prove his worth rather than immediately bring his loan spell to an end and send him back to the Etihad Stadium in January.

However, the club’s willingness to show patience should not be mistaken for unlimited forgiveness. Grealish will need to demonstrate greater professionalism, commitment and discipline if he hopes to remain an important part of Moyes’ plans for the remainder of the season.
